easyedit.live is operated by Star Developers. Star Developers is the data controller for information collected through the service. You can reach us at the contact details below for any question about your information.

When you create an account, we process your email address and account credentials through our authentication service. Your profile includes your credit balance and any name or phone number previously supplied. We also record joining details, account status, credit adjustments and AI edit activity, including the tool used, date, credit charge and pricing information.

Messages you send through live support are stored with your account so our support team can read and reply to them. Service providers may also process technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request and error information.

The free PDF Editor, Convert Image and Convert Doc process files in your browser. Their file-processing operations do not send your document content to our AI service. Keep your own copies: an editing session is not a permanent file-storage service.

When you apply an AI edit in Edit Anything, Image Text or Old Photo, the relevant content and your instructions are sent to our AI processing service. Depending on the file and operation, this may include a page image, replacement image or extracted text. Provider handling and retention are subject to their policies; we do not promise that AI requests are never retained.

Only upload content you have permission to process. Avoid uploading passwords, financial credentials, confidential records or other sensitive information unless you are comfortable with the processing involved.

We use account information to sign you in, maintain credits, prevent misuse, provide support and manage the service. Authorized administrators can access account details, credit records, edit activity and support conversations for these purposes.

We use Lovable Cloud for account and application services and AI providers for requested AI processing. Purchases are sold by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which receives the information needed for payments, tax compliance, invoicing and refunds. We may also share information with professional advisers (legal, accounting). These services receive the information necessary for their role. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect users and the service. We do not sell your uploaded files or account information.

Your browser stores information needed to keep you signed in and remember your light or dark appearance preference. Signing out ends your local session. Clearing browser storage may remove preferences and unsaved work; it does not automatically delete your account or server-held records.

Account, credit, edit and support records are kept as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. No fixed automatic deletion period is promised. Provider logs and backups may follow separate retention schedules.

Access controls help protect account information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password private and sign out on shared devices.

You can sign out at any time and request a copy, correction or deletion of your data.
